Phoebe Hines Wins The Waikiki Roughwater Swim

Phoebe Hines from Parrearra, Queensland who competes as a sophomore distance freestyler for the University of Hawaii, won the 2017 2.4-mile Waikiki Roughwater Swim. on Oahu.
