Maratona Del Golfo Capri-Napoli - Women's Results

High expectations were met today when Italy's Martina Grimaldi ended up the 2013 FINA Open Water Swimming Grand Prix where she always intends: in front and on top. She closed out the FINA season with two hard-fought victories: last week at the 30 km Ohrid Lake Swimming Marathon and today at the 36 km Maratona del Golfo Capri-Napoli.

Grimaldi won over Croatia's Karla Šitić who finished in her highest placing this year in an international competition. Šitić overcame young Olga Kozydub of Russia for second.
