Greg Whitman reported that New Hampshire SB362, relative to giving swimmers and kayakers the right of way in open bodies of water in the State of New Hampshire, was officially signed into law on May 18th and will go in to effect on January 1st, 2011.Congratulations to all who worked on this ground-breaking legislation.
