Shooting America's Sweetheart In The Open Water

Photographer Don Le worked with makeup artist Jenny Luna, hair stylist Kristin Don and Jenny Luna, wardrobe stylist Roxy Flores and wardrobe designer Kristin Don to conduct a photo shoot with Olympic open water swimmer Chloe Sutton of the Mission Viejo Nadadores.

As the best cross-over athlete in the open water and pool with her leading the USA Swimming Grand Prix circuit, Chloe really turned on the jets this season in the pool under the tutelage of coach Bill Rose.

As Don explained, "I had a major blast prepping, shooting and editing the pictures for this shoot. This is going to be America's Sweetheart in 2012. Currently, she's the fastest swimmer in the nation."

"I always say this or that's my favorite photo shoot, but I'd like to think I've topped myself in terms of satisfaction with a photo shoot. I loved shooting wtih Chloe, and her family is awesome. Wendy and David, you're both amazing foundations!"

Don is certainly putting open water swimming in a good light.
